Noma
Little did I know when I subscribed to Noma's newsletter one summer, I would get an invitation (early access) to make a dinner reservation at the World's Best Restaurant – No. 1. A few weeks after my visit, Noma received its first Three-Michelin Stars. There was a video circulated online of the team at Noma screaming and yelling joyfully when the winner was announced. I could feel their excitement even though I was 4000 miles away from Denmark!
I've been following Noma's social media pages for a few years, including Noma, and Noma Project. Founder René Redzepi and his team continuously looked for unexpected ingredients, turning them into groundbreaking dishes. We had the 17-course menu, we left Noma feeling contented, happy, and in awe.
It turned out to be one of the best nights I had in a while. Enjoy the photos!
